At the beginning of this week, I made my way to Waitrose Cookery School in Finchley Road for their #cookandshare supper club, an evening to not only taste Waitrose new Easter food range but also chance to get stuck in the kitchen and prepare some of the dishes. I was invited alongside other bloggers and instagrammers.
The setting for our dinner was stunning and it definitely felt spring had arrived: lots of balloons and flowers, hard not to snap away.
We started by preparing the meringue for our Spring Eton Mess (which is definitely on my top 3 favourite desserts). Meringue in the oven, we moved to enjoy a cocktail making class and learn how to make an Easter themed Piňa Colada- with I truly enjoyed, even though I am not a fan of this cocktail usually.
